Annual Maintenance

Get the most from your software by renewing the maintenance plan included with your SKM software. Every Power*Tools module is shipped with one free year of maintenance and technical support to insure you get the most from your purchase. Throughout the year you will receive copies of all major updates to the software, as well as free telephone and email support. An active maitenance also allows you to perform upgrades and purchase new study modules for your license.

SKM's Technical Support Team is a quality-driven organization committed to help you quickly resolve issues or questions within the software. SKM Technical Support is based in Los Angeles, CA and is available from 7am to 5pm PT Monday through Friday and features minimal response turn-around time.

When you renew your service each year you ensure that your software will always be up-to-date.  You will also have the help of our professional support team should you ever have any questions. You will receive a notice indicating the expiration of your service approximately one month before your subscription ends. With your prompt renewal, you will avoid reinstatement fees and have the peace of mind knowing that the whole SKM team is behind you every step of the way.

Note: To be fair to loyal customers that renew in a timely manner every year, late fees will added to the renewal of expired licenses. Unlike other software companies where they require full payback of the expired time, SKM late fees are calculated based on a portion of the expired time period.
